An IT and general management executive with industry leading expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Business Intelligence (BI), Enterprise Relationship Management (ERM), Program Management, IT Strategy and IT management. He has unique management experience in leading hybrid real/ virtual teams with multiple cultures and backgrounds.
His strength is in strategic decision making in high growth business environments where information technology offers the key competitive advantage. He uses his 30 years of international experience including working with Oracle and SAP; to gain executive mind share in end users, leading to implementation of complex ERP, CRM, Analytics and IT solutions.
He is well experienced in designing, implementing, managing and supporting large scale enterprise infrastructure and an advisor for Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery.
Ghulam Mustafa Aziz is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He has more than 30 years of diversified senior executive experience in the fields of auditing, accounting, finance, corporate management and information systems. He has participated in many mergers and acquisitions notably in chemicals and pharmaceutical industry. He specializes in business improvement processes, re-engineering, development and implementation of management information systems.
His other notable areas of expertise are training including specialized workshops aimed at improvement of shareholders’ net-worth.
His extensive knowledge and personal dynamism has earned him a number of excellence awards in corporate management and internal control systems including Corporate Excellence Award from Management Association of Pakistan in 2006 and a 5 Star rating received in managing internal controls from Global Internal Audit of Glaxo Smith Kline PLC
